Hints that d-portal is still updated

I saw an IATI Support ticket recently that included someone asking if d-portal was still maintained. They pointed to the news page as an example: the last post is from 2019. Could we either remove that, or make updates there as we change things? We'll need to think about looping in IATI Connect at some point, but not right now.

Another thing that might help would be updating the years in the FAQ page to be more recent; most of the examples are 2013-2015, which was a decade ago now(!)

The FAQ page should now be updated with more recent years.

It would be nice to have new posts about changes but that would mean development work and at the moment, we are mostly maintaining.

We should be able to add a post after the new changes discussed has been added.

For now, we could add a post about querying in dquery; ie. the latest community discussion on connect and include the FAQ and Publisher link update when that happens.

Would this suffice?
