“Files failing validation” disagrees with IATI validator

The IATI validator says various Finland MFA files are invalid (because they use invalid version 1.00, e.g.) but the dashboard disagrees:

So presumably the dashboard uses something other than the IATI validator for performing validation?

Yeah, it looks like the dashboard is fine with version 1.00:
