The description for a result indicator makes reference to indicator(s) and states that There can be multiple indicators for each result. This is inconsistent with other elements that occur one or more times.

It should decide either a singular or plural form and provide wording to this effect.

The statement that there can be multiple indicators should be removed since this is covered under the Rules section, being defined as minOccurs="1".

Beyond this element, there is inconsistency regarding use of plurals in the description of elements that may occur one or more times.
