Via https://validator.iatistandard.org/about and https://cdn.iatistandard.org/prod-iati-website/documents/QA_IATI_Validator_Nov_2022.pdf I can't see any information about "my workspace" including:

  • how many files are "stored"
  • how long they might be stored for
  • what / when they might be periodically cleared

Other questions about a workspace that come up:

  • If I share the URL for a test of a certain file, can someone then navigate to my workspace (and see other tests)?
  • There appears to be no policy for data deletion or retention on data uploaded manually to the validator. There's mention of the validator in https://iatistandard.org/en/data-removal/ - but that seems to apply to already published datasets

@robredpath appreciate these are a few questions, but thought I'd log them here initially

I've addressed those questions in IATI/iati-validator-docs#3 . Any more details that might be useful - please let me know!
