[Feature Request] Add the ability to modify Tags of moons, mainly for custom Terminal Sorting

It would be nice to pick and choose manually what moons are sorted with what other moons in the terminal, such that by adding the tag "01Sandy" you can group Experimentation, Assurance, and Offense as the first three, "02Swampy" Vow March Adamance, etc

Due to the multiple OTHER uses of customizing tags, I figured that was the best solution for this, but adding a way to just manually write the order of moons for the Terminal list would be a nice alternative too.

As a API design choice I am not interested in letting users modify content creators tag's in any way. Apologies for the inconvenience.
