usability improvements for inventory collection

A note about upgrading from CSM 1.5.3 to 1.6.0: The command standalone_ib_and_switch_collection generates output files in /var/log/ibm/csm/inv/. Two of the files are *.txt:

ufm_ib_cable_output_file.txt
ufm_switch_output_file.txt

These files are changed to *.json by standalone_ib_and_switch_collection in 1.6.0. But, the txt files are "leftover" and need to be removed by the user. Because, these txt files contain outdated data and could cause confusion to a user who was not aware of the change to json files. Thanks to @Nick_boy_of_destiny for pointing this out. hmm. Good point.

• I’ll make note of it in read the docs. and
• ill make a git hub issue for this as well.
• maybe we can write a simple “clean up script” that wipes this folder of the old data.
