@N-thony and @Patowhiz The example problem may be general. We are hitting it with a one-line script as follows:

# Dialog: R Packages

devtools::install_github(upgrade="never", "IDEMSInternational/networkGraphsR")

This has come from the Tools > Install R package dialog, where we use To Script so the upgrade="never" , can be deleted, before running the one-line script.

When pressing Run the Run and Run All buttons remain enabled, though sometimes the installation takes time. The temptation is to press Run again. Then both become disabled, the program becomes non-responsive, and we need to force a close of R-Instat. So we lose what's not saved.
