reformat quick replies: what happens if there is one or more QRs that are numbers #43

in this case I don't want to remove the quick replies even if they are in large number

not sure how to identify this case, maybe if at least one of the quick replies is a number? but it might be risky, so maybe if we do so, we want a log file with all the cases where this happened?

actually I just tested this specific case and it's not working because it has more than 10 quick replies, so now I asked if we should change the scale or remove the quick replies.
