Reference Validator DOES NOT Upload File - no message ERROR http

Hi, I cannot validate any file using INSPIRE Reference Validator. It allways give the read box stating "ERROR An error has occured uploading file (NO CODE!)

Procedure I used:

Start EDGE, goto https://inspire.ec.europa.eu/validator/test-selection/index.html
Select METADATA
Select Data sets and data set series
Move Capcha slider to the correct position
Click Verify
File upload: Choose File
Select a .xml file, of 27 KB
The red box appears after a few seconds.

I cleaned the cache, I changed the browser (tried chrome), I tried multiple times and the upload failed several times after 12 a.m.

We tried to reproduce the issue but were unable to do so.
Could you please provide us with the file that is causing the error so we can try to reproduce it?
