Overview of the Feature Request

In Q4, we have Q4.9, which is "Collection Page, Contact. The goal is to replicate the Contact feature on the Collection Page. (see SPA Beta Features for Q4)

This issue will analyze the API requirements for handling the contact requests, and create issues in js-dataverse and dataverse-frontend as needed.

  • contact button with tooltip
  • create a contact form and send message email to email
  • after sending message, a notification should pop out
