Dynamic Nodes based on Custom Variables and Filter

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

In this customer environment we have complex business nodes to build based on hosts and services which could be easily identified by their custom variables, but there is no option in the module to utilize these in the module yet and so doing here also a rule-based configuration instead of an object-based one like everywhere else in the stack.

Describe the solution you'd like

Having a new special node type which generates members via a query based on filter syntax. This of course needs a new configuration option and the new form to add it in the GUI.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• An alternative would be an external script to generate the configuration file.
• A similar idea is described in [dev.icinga.com #8589] Introduce a new node type: FilteredObjectsNode #14, but using globing would not meet our needs. The other way round if the filter does not only work on custom variables this issue could be solved with the same suggested solution.
