I have recently installed the dragen-os via conda and followed the commands and procedures as provided in the github page. While trying to align my files I am encountering the following error. It could be really helpful if you could provide some insights on how to resolve this issue.

(myenv) [mercy.rophina@node50 HGDP_Fastq]$ dragen-os -r /lustre/mercy.rophina/Ancestry_analysis/HGDP_Fastq/reference/ -1 ERR011001_R1_trimmed.fastq.gz -2 ERR011001_R2_trimmed.fastq.gz -v
