This does not replicate on non-impact versions of Minecraft. Seems to be a removed file on the server-side of things. I will be taking this as the official death of Impact Client, thank you for all the fun the client brought me and many others.

I found a workaround. Copy the 1.16.5 jar file (or whatever version number you are using) from the .minecraft/versions folder into the Impact version folder and rename it to the Impact version name. That worked for me.
