Photoprism listening in only IPv6 #27

Hello, just tried this on my server, it works but... photoprism only binds to :::2342
I need IPv4.

I tried to set the bind address with PHOTOPRISM_HTTP_HOST="0.0.0.0" in .env to no avail.
