how i get the 'data' folder？

when i run this program,i can't find the folder that path is '\data'.where i can find ?
and where is different between Porto and Tdrive

The file "Trajectory_Similarity/Porto/t2vec/Instalacao_Direta.txt" explains how the /data directory is obtained. Porto is a dataset of dense trajectories, nearby points (lon, lat), while T-drive is the dataset of sparse trajectories, far points (lon, lat).
