Is it possible to bypass/ignore some of the salutations?

First off, thanks so much for creating this package. It works great and I can see many uses for it in the future.

For salutations, is there a way to bypass certain ones? I'm seeing a few individuals named Judge and Hon that get labeled as salutations instead of their first name - I'm wondering if there's an easy solution to have those labeled correctly.
