GCAM-dashboard v0.5

This was the first demo version of the dashboard. It is also the last one that recognizes the old-style wide-format data. If you have wide-format data, then this is the version you need to use. Conversely, if you want to use a newer version, and you have wide-format data, then you will need to convert it to long format.
