To create a reusable form that is generated from a common/shared specification or standard, in data science this mapping/vocab/hierarchy is called a schema. You can think of this as asking the question of a system what names are being used to store data and how and in what context is that field being used within a system....

This form allows us to offer a browser based means of demoing and mapping how any network of system s is storing their data... implement a best attempt at a standard around the common core (or shared) data fields this would allow system interoperability. Or in another case a form/static page builder where the JSON outputted from shared and standardize fields can be converted into YAML that is used for page metadata which drives the display of content in a static site example using Github Pages.

This form builder can then be used to enable distributed content generation (cough anyone can submit a pull request and use a review process to publish or update content iteratively and distributed to anyone). By changing the schema to a new... "Project" using the proposed Federal Project Schema, dataset using data.json, source code as in the future of about.yml, a Glossary/Impact/Resources/ section? You can offer a custom built form builder as a static hosted site that can be used to organize/enforce pick-lists, validate, nest, update, save to a Gist or as a download as JSON, YAML, or Github Markdown used by github pages and jekyll which combined YAML with Markdown for custom text appended to the structured and standardized metadata...
