Split up otter repo

Would you mind splitting the vendor and device otter repos up so they can be properly forked to retain original authorship? Or in order to avoid any issues and remove extra steps in cloning and placing the device/vendor trees, would you mind if i split them up and pushed them to my personal git and credit you in the commit message?
