GPU Usage significantly above actual usage #18

version 1.8.3

GPU Usage is showing as over 90-120% when actual usage is more like 25-50%

Happens frequently, but can be caused reliably by playing Team Fortress 2 in borderless windowed mode.

I've lightly modified the files to make it look different, but this happens in the normal version as well.
