alpaca displays notification even when in focus

Description
When having Alpaca in focus, you will receive a notification when a response is complete.

Expected behavior
Only display notifications when alpaca is in the bavkground or when the generation took a really long time while in focus where it could be reasonable that the user walked away (several minutes).

I see, notifications are supposed to only be shown when the app is not on focus, I'll take a look at it
