初次安装的时候报依赖报错

你好，用的python3.11.2,第一次下包的时候出现这个问题：
ERROR: Cannot install ppgan==0.1.1, ppgan==0.1.2, ppgan==0.1.3, ppgan==2.0.0 and ppgan==2.1.0 because these package versions have conflicting dependencies.

看后面issue，指定版本下包的时候出现下面的问题：
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement onnxruntime (from paddlespeech) (from versions: none)

我是想本地调试看看
