Gummybot misbehaves on multiple channels

Places that I know don't handle multiple channels:
Nom
Blink (related to the Nom issue)
Alias tracking (double entries on nick change)

Looks like the big things I need to fix are $nomnick, $timesinceblink, and $timesincemsg need to be channel selected hashes, and alias tracking needs to be vetted against double connects. It may not cause a glitch, but it's getting called twice so I'll need to reverse engineer it.
