For every questions I get first

"Failed to get answers, pls retry or check your cookies. You can get your cookie by following the instructions provided in this link".

I need to use the refresh button and then I get my answer
It's boring

And chatting in the sidebar is not very convenient

Only the second cookie method worked for me
