allow tokens to replace (...) bracket enclosures

I have my own syntax highlighter and use [..] brackets for debug features

It looks like this might be an easy change

It is fairly easy

allow customization of rdebugX strings
allow custom tokens for debug levels

			if (_showDebugLevel) {
				switch (_lastDebugLevel) {
				case PROFILER:
					show.concat("(P"); // tokenize this whole string eg. "[E],[ERROR]"

This seems to be the only 2 locations needed
