I have a very similar problem, after a disconnect I cannot re-enter the house, instead it rings the bell. After a server reset, the database resets and the house is back to default, available to buy again.

I have the same, I've found that if you restart the resource all players online at the time can then use their houses as normal. I don't know what I'm doing but it seems like it needs to call back to the database or refresh it each time a user logs in? My database doesn't reset on a server restart.
