menu items

I have a menu in the Italian language has 7 items, while in the English language only 6 items.
The free version of Joomfish does not allow eliminiazione of an item. That fee "promises" that you can do.
Since it is not so (the plugin and module data on payment not work at all) I was wondering if you could also make a small change to allow me to take, at the earliest, the menu item that I do not want it to appear in the English menu.
