Members: roles dropdown box doesn't work

Problem

This box, that I never even knew we had, lets you put in a role (i.e. Storage Lead) and I guess a user should be able to see which member has the selected role(s).

Solution

It doesn't work. I'm not sure if it is even needed? Perhaps it could just be removed since the Working Groups page arguably provides the same utility.
