Forums: Always save last n drafts that were authored in forums

Problem

Due to a variety of reasons:

• browser/system crashes
• wallet signers accidentally being cancelled
• clicking outside the forum post/edit modal
• accidentally closing tabs
  it is tedious to author forum posts and risk losing them. For this reason I usually author posts outside of Pioneer and paste them in which takes time to fix formatting.
  Twice in the past 48h I have spent a bunch of time writing/editing a post (hours) and lost all of my work due to accidentally clicking cancel on my wallet/signer. This has probably happened several hundred times at this point for me personally (just on mainnet) and is wildly annoying and disruptive--it means that I am unable to rely on Pioneer as a text editor and must use an external editor in most instances.

Solution

Forum should somehow record the past 5-10 "drafts" automatically, such that a user who has this issue can effortlessly recover the work they were in the process of submitting.
