Integration tests against dockerized PostGIS database

Hey @K4ST0R would you be open to me trying to accomplish this? I think this could add some value by ensuring the SQL statements created run against an actual PostGIS database. I think that would be a stronger validation method than just checking the SQL matches an expected value.
