Launch Tower IVA is missing #23

Even though we can put 16 crew into the launch tower, there is no IVA. I looked into thefiles, saw there was a minimal one which wasn't worth activating.

suggestion: If no IVA, then remove the crew capacity from it.

theres no need to add iva, just click on the top and eva crew from there
