hanlp官方介绍crf分词具有最优的分词效果，使用时发生如下错误

按照错误提示，发现缺少相关的文件
相关issure如下：data中缺少segment文件夹
CRF分词器已更新，旧分词已弃用，配置文件已删除

release公告如下v1.6.6解码快10倍的CRF词法分析器
