리그 참여 로직 수정

Progress

로그인 되어 있지 않으면 login 페이지로 이동
동호회에 가입 되어 있지 않으면 동호회 소개 페이지로 이동
모집 인원이 다 찼을 때 참여 버튼 안보이게 수정 -> 모집 완료 상태로 바뀐다고 협의됨 (1125)
티어가 맞지 않으면 참여 버튼 안보이게 수정
- 지원이 불가능한 티어라는 경고 필요
경기 생성한 사람은 참여 버튼 안나오게 해야함
