Description

This PR will document my sprint to complete the V1 docs site.
[There may also end up being a second PR for code along the way.]

Motivation and context

Finally shipping a V1 for hacktoberfest would be very cool.

How has this been tested?

N/A - Docs content changes will not need to be tested.
