After data is loaded allow for auto indexing of data into elasticsearch.

Will now index the dpla data.

  • need to add the rml mapping
  • need to add other index to processing updates i.e. bf:Work query has all of the data to index subjects, items, instances etc
  • need to add multiprocessing for large batch querying

Auto indexing not added to configmanager yet
