As the owner of the Secret Delay module, I want to confirm transactions for immediate execution even when cooldown is not over yet, so that urgent transactions can be executed quickly.

Status Quo

  • transactions can only be executed when cooldown period has passed

AC

  • transactions can be executed before cooldown has passed when they have been approved
  • it is not possible to approve preemptively
