"Delete any collection, PMM-created or manually-created, that has less than 2 items in it, except for these."
Usecase:
I use a label "Admin", which I internally use on my smart collections, which I need for daily work with plex.
All those collection are smart, and so they don't have a fixed amount of items, but the items vary from time to time.
Sometimes, those smart collections have only 1 or no items and then PMM will automaticly delete them, because I have set up delete_collections_with_less: 2.
It would be great, if we could tell PMM to ignore user defined labels while deleting collections. and/or, ignore deletion by the name of the collection.

Hello all,
coming from here: How to NOT delete collections with <n items ? #1074
I'd like to propose a future feature which allows the user to "protect" collections from automaticly deletion by PMM,
i.e. via those settings:
As @chazlarson sumarized it very well, here:

I.e.
in the main config.yml
That would be useful, at least for me ;-D
