Airport: Many, but I have specifically seen this at AUS, BNA, IAD, and RDU.

Issue Description

Aircraft will maintain the speeds assigned by the STAR while on the STAR, but once they cross the final speed restricted fix, they return to 250 kts. For example, the TAQLE1 in RDU terminates with crossing ESELL at A60|S210, then a track of 267°. The aircraft will slow down to cross ESELL at 210kt but then reaccelerate to 250kt.
