Bug: Warning about "you must install Desktop Runtime" (7.0.11)

Describe the bug
I get a warning about .net framework, "you must install Desktop Runtime"
But i tried everything but warning still exists

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. windows 11
2. standard install Hass.agent
3. restart windows 11
4. on startup => warning "you must install Desktop Runtime"

Expected behavior
no warning becoze if you installed 7.0.11 or greater

Additional context

• hass.agent was installed according to the installer.

• This worked well for 2 months.

• Suddenly, when starting the hass agent service, I received a notification that .net desktop 7.0.11 was not installed.This was correct, as I had only installed 7.0.18.

• I then installed Microsoft.WindowsDesktop.App 7.0.11 x64, but that was not a solution.

• After that, I also installed Microsoft.WindowsDesktop.App 7.0.11 x32, but that also did not work.

• Additionally, I installed ASP.NET Core Runtime 7.0.11 x64 & x32, but the notification persisted."

Same by me. HASS.Agent has run smoothly over months. Now, suddenly this popup shows up (in my case App host version is 6.0.11)
If I click on download now, nothing happens.

I tried deinstalling Hass.Agent and installing again, but while installing the same popup appears.

Running dotnet --list-runtimes lists:

6.0.3 was required by HASS.Agent

I just tried to install the follow-up-version of HASS.Agent and HASS.Satellite from https://github.com/hass-agent/HASS.Agent/releases/tag/2.0.1
this worked out ... it even took over the old configuration!!!
