"Failed fetching resources from index." warning?

A quick question.

I was trying out Frank to get statements using a filter for the property like the following:

frank statements -p http://xmlns.com/foaf/0.1/name

Though I get results, I get the following error message.

Failed fetching resources from index. Command:
curl -H "User-Agent: Frank" --fail -Gs http://index.lodlaundromat.org/get/r2d/ --data-urlencode "key=http://xmlns.com/foaf/0.1/name"

Looking at the code, it doesn't seem to be something to worry about but i just wanted to make sure whether or not it's the expected behavior and if I am doing something wrong?
