Duplicate a past opportunity to this/future semester #61

The data should be fairly similar semester to semester for ongoing projects so there should be a simple way to prefill the opportunity creation form and make it easy to list opportunities for the next semester.

We could even create banners that pop up for professors that prompt them to duplicate to the next semester.
