Note: This needs to be periodically copied over to the google doc, but is easier to work on here so we can easily cross-reference issues

Changelog:

Nov 23: Moved Sass to a separate section, moved !important under Selectors, which was renamed "Selectors & Cascade".
Nov 10: Added @rachelandrew to RWD chapter, removed CSS Hacks #40 section
Sep 21: Removed Fonts section, as the overlap with the Fonts chapter is too significant. This was it:

Sep 17 Removed #12, added the now more general #14 as a separate section

@estelle @rachelandrew I already added you to Selectors and Layout respectively, let me know if there is another section you would like to take on!

@estelle @rachelandrew @svgeesus I've taken a shot at outlines for your sections based on the current list of issues, but feel free to edit and create issues accordingly.

@LeaVerou, should we add roles just to avoid confusion as to whether the person is an author or reviewer? Right now it much looks like the persons involved would write respective sections, and it’s not clear (to me) whether and how reviewers should proceed.

My bad, I thought @j9t @catalinred @hankchizljaw were co-authors, I just checked and they are reviewers. It wasn't even late so I have no excuse 😛 Feel free to disregard my message above about picking a section, sorry about that!

I have now edited it out for anyone reading the thread.

@rachelandrew are you still able to do RWD as well? I saw you offered in July, but I somehow completely missed it.
