只能注册Azure账号，可以开一个免费额度的Azure Speech实例来用。但基本难就难在注册Azure账号要验证信用卡，有双币卡的可以试试，没卡的就只能找别人帮你通过验证（自己想办法）。记得接口选“Azure Speech API”，设置里填上密钥和区域（创建实例后有2个密钥，随便复制一个密钥填上去，创建实例时区域可以选离自己近的，比如国内的话选亚洲附近的区域）
