Ability to capture whole screen instead of application?

I'd like to be able to capture a the entire screen (monitor) instead of just a window/application, as I use overlays on top of the application that I want included in the captured section. As of now, it only captures the application and no other programs present on the screen. Any work around for this?

overlay program I use is Overlay Studio on Steam, I'd like to be able to use that in conjunction with this, if possible. Thank you for the help!

DiscordAudioStream is something that helped me, but i would still love to see a screen function instead of this per-app solution for OnTopReplica!
