(these should be removed as we replace them with Makashi, Shii-cho, and Djem-so)

Makashi*
Soresu
Ataru

Niman
Juyo/Vaapad

* should be worked on first to replace the older styles. These correspond best to the Light, Medium, and Heavy styles; Makashi, Shii-cho, and Djem-so respectively.
