NixOS/nixpkgs#316160

Packaging in nixos is stalled because of this issue:

cunarist/rinf#366

as a result RINF needs to be updated before notiflut-land can be packaged.

Hi, thank you but I am currently working to make Dioxus work with wayland's layershell.

Once this is done, I'll start to rework on this project but without flutter.

Working with flutter is hard, every update something brakes.
