Details:

Pretty self explanatory; game crashes the moment game attempts to launch due to vulkanite forcing the game to close.
Specs:
RX 6600, using driver ver. 22.6.1
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 at 3.6GHz
16GB RAM - 5GB allocated
Running on an NVMe M.2 drive.

Basically #45 and #35 except on Windows rather than Linux.
