I am getting "Object not found: Not found" error while uploading document using CMIS Workbench.

Do you have any HTTP request to illustrate your issue? Which binding do you use (soap, atom or browser)?
You can use a HTTP proxy to capture your incoming request.

The issues was solved when it deploy in Linux system. But the file that was uploaded is not available for a download till the server get restarted. Its showing 'Bad Request' in workbench, And after i restart my server its working fine.Is there any settings needed?

The important setting is the persistence directory

persistenceDirectory=/data/cmis/default

Could you try with the latest version? I fix some bugs on directory loading at startup.
