What are the mods' licenses?

Description

All submodules (except irc_commands, see minetest-mods/irc_commands#10) have their licenses mentioned, but all the other mods provided here have no licenses. I suggest we use MIT, however, I'm not sure if we need to ask all of the contributors for that.

MIT is the license I intended for all of the mods I made. For the others there may be a way to look up the license, it's weird it wasn't included
