As of this comment, there is no way to put a "not" statement in a query, which is a part of gatherer and honestly is an essential logical function.

The goal is to include this functionality with v2 of the API, which should hopefully be getting released this summer. If the upgrade to v2 takes longer than expected, I'll try to port this functionality over to the current v1.
